We are looking for an Advisor People Analytics to be responsible for maintenance and sustainability of People Data and Insights products that enable the People Function to make well-informed, evidence-based decisions.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to join a small team of people data professionals. The ideal candidate will be providing Level 2 and 3 support, ensuring that end-users benefit from both high availability and high performance.

Reporting to the People Data Solutions Lead and working in a collaborative community within the People Data and Insights division, you will:
- Support the maintenance and sustainability of the People Data & Insights products across People Insights, Data Management, Data Science and Surveys and Research teams
- Deliver high application uptimes and performance for custom-built internal products
- Manage and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests
- Act as a primary point of contact for end-users and stakeholders to provide guidance, advice, and support on People Data & Insights products in production
- Collaborate with internal development teams to resolve complex issues and provide feedback on application design and development
- Ensure all support processes and procedures are in place and followed to ensure consistent and efficient support
- Identify and implement improvements to support processes and tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the People Data Solutions team
- Continuously monitor the performance and availability of analytics products, taking proactive steps to prevent incidents and resolve issues
What you’ll bring
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- Proven communication & writing skills; be able to tell the story behind the data
- Experience in working with Human Resources data and data models, as well as an understanding of data security and data privacy
- Data extraction and transformation experience using common systems – for example Workday, SAP BW, Databricks, SQL databases, and other reporting systems. Experience with ETL tools such as SQL or Easymorph
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Power Suite applications
- Exposure to creating and deploying visualisations using Power BI for stakeholders
- Exposure to programming languages (Python or R) and statistical skills (SPSS/SAS) an advantage
- Exposure to data management techniques and keen interest in data science projects
- Data analysis skills, familiarity with analytical techniques
- Understanding of process documentation principles
