About the role

• The Macmahon surface mining engineer program is a two-year structured program for graduate engineers. 
• Graduates will gain exposure to our site operations and business functions aimed at encouraging ‘whole of business’’ thinking. 
• We offer real work, in different commodities and a chance to make a tangible difference, with guidance from our experienced team members.  

About you

• Mining Engineering degree (or equivalent)
• Flexibility to work variable 8/6, 2/1 or 2/2 DIDO rosters 
• Willingness to travel to various mine sites across Australia 
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent work ethic
• Strong safety orientation
• A desire to learn and challenge yourself
• Manual C Class Australian Drivers Licence
• Australian Citizen with Full Unrestricted Working Rights

Recruitment process
