About the role

We are excited to offer multiple development opportunities for local residents of Paraburdoo to join the Rio Tinto Mine Operations team, Hot Seating Project. As a Mobile Plant Operator, you will play a vital role in the success of our operations, contributing significantly to the production supply chain. You will be part of a diverse and inclusive team, with the support of your Supervisor to help you achieve both your personal and team goals.

You will work seven-hour shifts, with a day shift from 09:00 to 16:00 and a night shift from 21:00 to 04:00, following our production roster: 4 days, 4 nights, 6 days off, followed by 4 days, 3 nights, and 7 days off. This schedule allows you more time to focus on what matters most to you and spend time with those who are important in your life.
