About the Role 

You will be responsible for machinery upkeep, safety compliance and optimizing operational efficiency. You’ll carry out repairs, servicing and diagnostics on mobile plant across our Telfer Project. You’ll work alongside experienced teammates who share knowledge and support each other to get the job done safely and efficiently.

Roster: 2:1 EX Perth 

Rate: Depending on experience

Responsibilities  

Diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance on heavy mining equipment including: 

Excavators – Hitachi 3600, Hitachi 2600, Hitachi 1200

Dozers – D10T,D10T2, D10R 

Graders – 16M, 16H 

Loaders – CAT 988, CAT 992, Kom WA600, Kom WA900

Dump Trucks – CAT 785 D, CAT 785 C     

Prior site-based mobile plant experience essential 

Complete servicing to OEM standards and site procedures  

Support strong equipment availability and safe, reliable performance  

Speak-up and contribute to our culture; everyone home safe, every swing 

Work closely with production and planning teams to schedule work  

What You’ll Bring  

Australian-recognised mobile plant trade certificate 

Demonstrated experience working on a range of heavy duty mobile plant 

Exceptional diagnostic and fault finding skills 

Ability to work as part of a team and step up when needed 

Commitment to safe work practices and job quality 

Demonstrated ability to provide strong leadership and drive continuous improvement.
