Heavy Diesel Fitter

Emeco - are now accepting applications for experienced HD Fitters to join our fast-growing Queensland Site Based Team. In this role you will be responsible for the service/breakdown and repair of our rental fleet.

Great opportunity to get into a site-based role and apply your skills across multiple sites. Get exposed to varied mobile plant equipment and make a difference in the work you do. 

The Perks:

• Full Time – EARN upwards of $70 per hour + 11% Super
• Casual – EARN upwards of $80 + 11% Super
• Extra - Shift Incentives (Full Time Only) – 25% on Base + Allowances
• DIDO – Paid travel time
• Paid Flights – FIFO from within QLD
• 7 Shifts on 7 Shifts off – Perfect family friendly roster.

• Super - paid on all hours

The Majority of Our Fleet:

• CAT – 777 to 793 Trucks
• CAT – D10 & D11 Dozers
• CAT – 992 Loaders
• CAT – 16M & 24M Graders
• Hitachi & Liebherr Excavators

What we’ll need from you:

• Australian recognised trade certificate
• Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
• Extensive Mine site exposure and experience completing break down works, troubleshooting and diagnostics, general servicing, and component change outs across a variety of MEM equipment (CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr and Hitachi Equipment).
• Current Australian driver’s license (mandatory)
• National Police Clearance or able to obtain one
