As a HR Advisor, you play a crucial role in providing comprehensive human resource support to leaders and employees within our organization. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the fair and consistent application of Human Resources (HR) policies, procedures, and processes, while also offering guidance to enhance people effectiveness.About Us

In this role, you will provide HR support to leaders, and employees across our Aluminium sites in Australia and New Zealand. We are looking at expressions of interest for our talent pipeline across our various regional sites, you will be required to live in Weipa, Gladstone, Gove or one of our other remote sites. You'll provide advice, support, and coaching in the use of HR systems, and guidance on performance management matters. You'll also support leaders with day-to-day HR activities and annual cyclical activities.Additionally, you'll advise on HR policies and procedures, you will support with investigations and employee relations matters. You will support leaders with your fine-tuned coaching skills to improve engagement, performance and support employees. You will HR conduct investigations and support with various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, performance, and retention. All whilst identifying opportunities for improvement in HR processes and contribute to their implementation.What You'll Bring
- You will have a strong HR generalist background ideally having worked in mining or industrial environments
- You will have a strong understanding and ability to interpret, advise and coach leaders on the Fair Work Legislation requirements
- You will have strong case management experience and advising leaders on managing ER risks
- You will have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence whilst providing guidance and support to leaders and employees on a range of HR matters.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization and possess strong coaching and influencing abilities
- You will have a strong attention to detail and proficient in HR systems ideally Workday and a advanced user of the MS Office Suite.
- You will have proven experience in leader coaching and the ability to facilitate leader upskilling programs
