Maintenance Services Coordinator

Work Location: Iron Bridge. Fortescue’s Iron Bridge project is located on the traditional lands of the Nyamal people.

Roster: 8D/6R – FIFO ex Perth 

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitor service contractors to ensure safe working environment for the safe execution of all activities including incident management
• Verifying all key aspects of Drill and Light Vehicle Maintenance are performed as per asset management standards
• Develop and manage all asset and fleet tracking registers
• Support future facility and green fleet development for Iron Bridge
• Management of implementation of technology layers on HME and LV fleet for Iron Bridge including but not limited to IVMS, Motion Metrics, Genesys, Terrain and collision avoidance systems
• Support Maintenance services projects including water department to ensure safe and effective delivery

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in a Supervisor role or similar senior leadership position
• Experienced in contractor management
• Experienced working with safety management systems
• Experience in making decisions to balance urgent and important tasks on hand
• Experience in HME equipment drills is highly desirable
• Experience in fleet maintenance activities
• Experience with project management
