Your Day-to-Day:

• Lead and supervise daily maintenance activities across mobile plant operations
• Coordinate teams and resources to deliver efficient breakdowns, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance
• Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and support to your crew
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture on site
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align with site and organisational targets
• Ensure maintenance schedules and KPIs are met safely, on time, and within budget

What You’ll Bring:

• Maintenance Supervisor or Leading Hand experience in mining
• Skilled in mobile equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
• Trade qualified in Heavy Diesel Mechanics or Fitting (Aus recognised)
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, reliability, and safety legislation
• Proactive leader with team mentoring skills
• Current Australian driver’s licence & full working rights
• Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (or willing to obtain)

Pre-employment checks including a medical assessment, drug and alcohol screen, and a valid National Police Clearance are required.
