About the role

We are seeking people who have experience working in the agriculture industry, particularly on farming equipment, to join our teams at our Mining Operations in the Pilbara.

You could also have experience working with:

  • Loaders/Diggers: EX 2500, EX 3600, EX5600, LT 1850/2350, CAT 994, WA1200

  • Dozers: D10, D11

  • Graders: CAT16,18, 24

  • Auxiliary equipment: WA/WD900, FEL 992, CAT Wheel Dozer

  • AHS Mining experience favourable

In this role, you will safely operate large-scale mining equipment to extract iron ore, preparing it for processing and shipment to our global customers.

You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team, and be supported by your Supervisor throughout your move into the mining industry, so you can thrive in your career with us.

You’ll fly directly to our mine operations from Geraldton and work on a lifestyle friendly roster of 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 nights off roster. This will give you more down time to do the things that are important to you.

What you’ll bring

  • A Full manual C Class license

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team

  • Respect for others and an all-inclusive mindset

  • Experience working in an Open Cut Production environment operating large scale equipment

  • Citizenship/Permanent Australian residency without the need for Visa sponsorship
