As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for a detail-driven Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team in Hazelmere.

The Opportunity:

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on accuracy, is confident in managing high-volume transactions, and enjoys seeing processes through from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our vendors are paid accurately and on time, and that all queries and reconciliations are managed professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely data entry of vendor invoices
• Account statement reconciliations
• Managing vendor enquiries and resolving issues
• Processing payments to the bank
• Investigating and resolving parked invoice reports
• Liaising with site teams regarding purchase orders

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry (essential)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage high volumes and prioritise workload
• Experience with reconciliations (essential)
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in a similar industry (desirable)

Qualifications:

• Completion of Year 12 or equivalent
• Additional Excel training or certifications (desirable)
