Are you a natural organiser with a knack for numbers, systems, and streamlining processes? Join Emeco as a Planning Administrator and play a critical role in supporting our maintenance planning teams across key project sites.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep things moving by managing work orders, labour invoicing, and reporting
  • Handle maintenance docs, reporting, and cost tracking like a pro
  • Coordinate with planners, vendors, and supply teams to keep equipment running
  • Ensure the smooth flow of materials, work packs, and fleet info across regions
  • Contribute to a safety-first culture and compliance with all procedures

What You Bring

  • Admin experience, ideally in heavy industry or mining
  • Strong Excel & ERP/CMMS system skills
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking ability
  • A proactive mindset and solid communication skills
  • Detail-driven, deadline-oriented, and ready to tackle challenges head-on
