We are looking for a Principal Advisor, Medical (Health Studies and Reporting) to lead the implementation of a robust clinical governance framework across both owner-run and vendor health services. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the quality and consistency of occupational health service delivery, while contributing to the effective use of health data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and oversee the clinical governance framework in alignment with our health strategy, capability framework, and international best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality health services.

  • Partner with frontline health teams across product groups and functions to improve health service capability and health data entry quality, aligned with our strategic health priorities.

  • Support HR, operations, and innovation teams in deploying digital health solutions for occupational medicine, rehabilitation, and return-to-work programs, ensuring alignment with the digital and health strategies.

  • Develop and enhance routine and customized health datasets to support accurate measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement of health service effectiveness.

  • Conduct research on emerging occupational health issues and contribute to internal insights and external publications, ensuring services remain aligned with global best practices and maintain thought-leadership in the industry.

About You

  • A medical qualification in public health and/or occupational medicine

  • Demonstrated experience implementing clinical governance and health strategy frameworks

  • Strong digital literacy and technical competency, particularly in health data systems and digital health tools

  • Proven ability to collaborate across diverse functional teams

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and evidence-based practice
