Job Responsibilities
Macmahon is seeking an Senior Advisor - HSEQ for their Greenbushes mine site, reporting directly to the HSEQT Manager, ensuring effective implementation and adherence to the HSEQ Management Plan and provide expert mentoring and guidance on HSEQ Management Systems .
About the role
- 8:6 Roster DIDO day shift only
- Located South West of Western Australia
About you
- Previous mining experience in a similar role, accompanied by qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Advanced knowledge Work Health and Safety Act (WA) and supporting Regulations.
- Experience in HSEQ management systems and able to implement HSEQ management plan deliverables.
- Dynamic capability to managed multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualification in incident investigation methodology, such as ICAM.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and engagement skills.
- Senior First Aid Certificate.
- Current Manual "C" Class WA Drivers Licence or equivalent.
