The Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst - Reporting to drive financial reporting and analysis and elevate executive decision-making across the business. This role is central to shaping the company’s financial narrative and fostering strong partnerships across the business.
Reporting to the Manager Planning & Reporting, you will:
Provide consolidated reporting (actuals and estimates) to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and the CFO, communicating monthly, YTD and FY financial position
Manage key models utilised in the financial forecasting process
Support delivery of financial analysis to support Senior Leadership engagements
Conduct routine performance analysis to provide insights into financial performance and trends
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in estimate, analytics and reporting
Support transition and lead utilisation of consolidated accounting software (Tagetik)
What you'll bring
A tertiary qualification which includes Finance or Accounting as major subjects (CPA, CA, CIMA, MBA), or equivalent
Proven experience +7 years in senior finance roles with a demonstrated understanding of business processes
Ability to engage, influence and form productive relationships spanning several layers in the organisation
Demonstrated experience coaching and supporting others, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial and non-financial information to senior leaders
Strong MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint presentation skills to enable communication
Ability to meet competing deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
