About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager – PACE Consulting to join our established internal management consulting team. This is a crucial leadership position to ensure PACE accelerates the delivery of lasting value to our ‘clients’ by applying consulting experience, analytical insights, business knowledge and relationships.

This is a great opportunity for a team player with extensive strategy consulting experience to work on projects that deliver value to the business while enjoying a sustainable work life balance based in Brisbane.

Reporting to the General Manager PACE APAC Hubs, and working in a challenging and exciting environment within the PACE teamyou will:

  • Work with senior leaders to identify, scope and deliver consulting projects which create value for product group assets and functions
  • Autonomously deliver one or more projects at a time, managing the interfaces and ensuring strong collaboration with clients and their teams
  • Develop and lead the project work plan, milestones and deliverables for a combined team of PACE and client team members to deliver outcome with the right mindsets and behaviours
  • Be the development lead of a team up to Senior Consultant level, to guide their growth and future careers
  • Lead the recruitment, coaching and development of PACE team members

What you’ll bring

  • Substantial experience leading projects in a top-tier consulting firm or complex, company-wide projects within a corporate environment: operational experience is highly regarded
  • Extensive experience in leading and coaching teams to unleash their potential
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting analysis, ensuring accurate and updated data from varying sources and interpreting complex results to find key opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise critical thinking and challenge pre-established concepts
  • Good understanding of business improvement principles and practices
  • Experience working and delivering outcomes within industry
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. MBA would be seen as advantageous
