About the Role:

Pioneering Progress: Be part of a team continuously improving our progressive service management practices.

Reporting to the Manager, Service Resilience in the Service Management Office (SMO) and working in a collaborative and exciting environment within our IS&T Team, you will:

  • Create, govern, monitor and improve, service management processes.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Champion continuous learning and customer-centricity within the team and beyond.
  • Provide expertise, guidance and mentorship on incident, problem, change and release management.
  • Ensure service resilience processes align with best practices and produce tangible customer value.
  • Analyse service data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead post-incident learning activities including transitioning to problem management and continual improvement.
  • Undertake deep analysis on service health and KPIs and publish / present to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrable experience working within a high performing team.
  • Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Experience in service management methodologies (ITIL/SIAM) and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Advanced ITIL certification (v4)
  • Extensive experience with service management tools (ServiceNow would be beneficial).
