Short Term Planner - Majors

We are seeking an experienced planner to join our Asset Management team, responsible for developing and coordinating short-term shutdown plans for Heavy Mobile Equipment across mining operations.

• Develop and manage shutdown plans within a 12-week execution window
• Coordinate MEC/MEU changeouts, RTW scopes, and maintenance activities
• Conduct pre-shutdown inspections to identify required works
• Coordinate labour, materials, vendors, and workshop resources
• Ensure shutdown scopes are accurately costed and aligned with budgets
• Manage shutdown readiness and stakeholder communication
• Lead post-maintenance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

• Experience in shutdown or maintenance planning within mining or heavy industry
• Strong knowledge of CAT, Hitachi, and Komatsu equipment
• Mechanical trade background preferred
