Site Administrator

Emeco is looking for an organised and proactive Site Administrator to join our team at Burton! You’ll be the driving force behind our site administration, keeping everything running smoothly in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting maintenance work orders and keeping AMT records up to date
• Managing timesheets, rosters and site reporting
• Raising requisitions and ordering parts and site supplies
• Processing vendor invoices, delivery dockets and receipting
• Managing site emails and responding to queries
• Assisting with back charges, claims and client invoicing
• Coordinating medicals, D&A testing, travel and site access
• Supporting subcontractor inductions and client portal registrations
• Maintaining site records including CMS, fuel, vehicle and access registers
• Providing general administrative and safety support as required

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ administration experience, ideally within mining, maintenance or a similar industry
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with maintenance, ERP or site-based systems is highly regarded
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
