Site Administrator

Pit N Portal are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join the team. Reporting to the Site Administration Superintendent, this opportunity will be based at our Kambalda North - Durkin Operations, working a 2:2 roster.

Key accountabilities include:

• Provide a high-level of administrative support to the site team, that aligns with the administration departments target of consistently providing efficiency, accuracy and high-quality outcomes
• Assist with preparing, formatting and maintaining documentation, plans and reports in line with Pit N Portal standards 
• Responsible for the daily running and operational requirements of the mine site office
• Facilitate the new starter process with inductions, site entry paperwork, flights and accommodation
• Raising and receipting of purchase orders
• Assist with the maintenance and accurate upkeep of relevant databases, document management systems & registers
• Daily data-entry of timesheets and mining physicals
• Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required

What the ideal candidate has:

• Significant prior experience within a fast-paced administration role
• At least 1-2 years working in a site-based administration role on an Underground mine site (essential) 
• Strong computer literacy and at least intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience using Pronto would be highly advantageous 
• Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
• With strong communication and people skills, you are comfortable integrating into a diverse team and building strong relationships with your workmates
• You are customer-service focused, solutions-orientated and possess a can-do attitude
• Self-motivated, high-energy, and consistently try your best at delivering quality outcomes
• A First Aid Certificate
• Valid "C Class" Manual Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
• A National Police Clearance within 6 months of issue date
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen 
• Working Rights within Australia
