Site Administrator

Pit N Portal are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join the team. Reporting to the Site Administration Superintendent, this opportunity will be based at our Kambalda North - Durkin Operations, working a 2:2 roster.
Key accountabilities include:
- Provide a high-level of administrative support to the site team, that aligns with the administration departments target of consistently providing efficiency, accuracy and high-quality outcomes
- Assist with preparing, formatting and maintaining documentation, plans and reports in line with Pit N Portal standards
- Responsible for the daily running and operational requirements of the mine site office
- Facilitate the new starter process with inductions, site entry paperwork, flights and accommodation
- Raising and receipting of purchase orders
- Assist with the maintenance and accurate upkeep of relevant databases, document management systems & registers
- Daily data-entry of timesheets and mining physicals
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required
What the ideal candidate has:
- Significant prior experience within a fast-paced administration role
- At least 1-2 years working in a site-based administration role on an Underground mine site (essential)
- Strong computer literacy and at least intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience using Pronto would be highly advantageous
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- With strong communication and people skills, you are comfortable integrating into a diverse team and building strong relationships with your workmates
- You are customer-service focused, solutions-orientated and possess a can-do attitude
- Self-motivated, high-energy, and consistently try your best at delivering quality outcomes
- A First Aid Certificate
- Valid "C Class" Manual Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- A National Police Clearance within 6 months of issue date
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen
- Working Rights within Australia
