What your day to day looks like:

  • Maintain site records, including daily machine hours, receipt purchase orders, create back charges documents, and fuel usage.
  • Timesheet Entry for employees and subcontractors 
  • Maintaining and scheduling rosters 
  • Raise and receipt purchase orders, including cross referencing against work scopes and sourcing parts.
  • Costing and invoicing of jobs - Create breakdowns and quotes.
  • Maintaining training records and assisting in the booking of training and inductions 
  • Facilitate the new starter process with inductions, site entry paperwork and accommodation
  • Assist with the maintenance and accurate upkeep of relevant databases, document management systems & registers
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required
What we need from you:
  • Significant experience within a fast-paced administration role
  • Lives in Collie, Bunbury or surrounding areas 
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Site Administrator
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication and people skills, you are comfortable integrating into a diverse team and building strong relationships with your workmates
  • Self-motivated, high-energy, and consistently try your best at delivering quality outcomes
  • Must have full working rights within Australian and a valid and current Australia Drivers Licence
