We’re seeking a Site Maintenance Administrator to be the backbone of our admin function on the Maules Creek Project. If you’re highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced site environment, this could be your next move.
About the RoleSupporting a high-performing heavy earthmoving rental and maintenance team, you’ll play a key role in keeping site operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Opening and closing work orders and tracking equipment downtime
Updating and maintaining rosters
Managing purchase orders and resolving invoice queries
Maintaining registers (equipment, back charges, etc.)
Preparing work packs for site teams
Capturing and entering HSE information into systems
Providing general administrative support as required
