About the role
We are seeking a Specialist Asset Planner to join our dynamic team at our pannawonica site, within the Pilbara hub of Western Australia.
Reporting to the MP&E Superintendent, your responsibilities will include :
Strategic Planning: Lead the charge in planning and scheduling to optimise asset performance.
Safety Champion: Drive safety improvements through meticulous execution of the SMM work plan.
Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with planning, scheduling, engineering, and operations teams to tackle asset performance issues, reduce costs, and enhance safety.
Continuous Improvement: Promote adherence to standardized processes and tools, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.
Quality Assurance: Ensure maintenance system changes align with business objectives.
Leadership: Oversee work management meetings and support the upskilling, coaching & empowerment of your team.
Budget Mastery: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish budget inputs, understand variances, and provide monthly forecasts.
Cost Efficiency: Develop and present cost performance reports, support budget planning, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Budget Management: Manage budgets including CEA applications, and track Opex and Capex spend.

RTIO Processes Expertise: In-depth understanding of RTIO processes, including safety, asset management, and cash management
Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate stakeholders to optimize productivity, build excellence, upskill teams, and drive continuous improvement
Financial Management: Strong foundation in financial principles, aiding informed decision-making and strategic alignment
Systems Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of systems like SAP, Prometheus, Enablon, and others
Strategic Influence: Ability to influence teams, drive collaboration, and achieve strategic targets aligned with organisational goals
Inspiration and Empowerment: Ability to inspire, coach, and empower others to develop a high-performance mindset
