About the role

We are looking for a Specialist, for the Cultural Connection Program to project manage learning activities for the Cultural Connection Programme (CCP). Reporting to the Project Lead – Cultural Competency, within our Indigenous Relations team, you will:

  • Ensure the seamless integration and adoption of the program within the chosen platform.
  • Develop comprehensive skills checks, learning trails, and pathways.
  • Grow support and commitment to the program by effectively engaging and collaborating with internal stakeholders across all business units.
  • Work collaboratively with consulting groups to design and execute the program at a site level.
  • Continuously assess the program’s impact and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes and achieve objectives.
  • Lead and coordinate learning sessions, masterclasses and additional learning resources.
  • Create and implement communication strategies for yarn circles.
  • Maintain and document all relevant corporate and legal requirements regarding cultural programs and initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on the program’s progress, challenges, and successes.

  • A strong understanding of various platforms and the technical requirements needed to integrate new programs effectively
  • Experience in project management to plan, execute, and monitor the integration process, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Experience in designing assessments that accurately measure learner progress and competency
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to engage and collaborate effectively. with stakeholders across all business units
  • Experience in facilitation and training (highly desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • High attention to detail, and openness to new ideas to continuously improve and support our team
  • A positive, can-do action orientated attitude, a passion for your work and willingness to support and help others to learn and grow
