About the role
We are looking for a Supervisor Plant Maintenance to join our Pilbara Mine Operations to provide positive and impactful leadership to our site-based team of maintainers. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to draw on your people leadership skills, coupled with your technical knowledge to effectively coordinate execution of work.
You’ll be part of a friendly team, supported by your leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team. Opportunities exist for Residential or FIFO candidates located in Perth or any of our regional hubs including Busselton, Albany, and Geraldton.
These opportunities are available on a combination of day shift and nightshift rosters which will give you more time to spend on the things that are important to you and the people in your life.
Reporting to the Superintendent Fixed Plant Maintenance you will:
Be an inspiring role model and coach whilst providing leadership, development and support to your team
Actively foster and communicate a positive safety culture to promote safety awareness and compliance, encouraging prioritisation of safety in all activities and operations
Managing fixed plant scheduled daily maintenance and supporting maintenance activities during shutdowns
Building and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders to align on operational plans and strategies
Participating in the preparation of accurate weekly reports and assigning tasks to team members
Managing work management activities via the SAP Maintenance Management systems
Championing continuous improvement by identifying and implementing changes to optimise work practices and provide technical solutions to improve plant performance
What you’ll bring

Leadership experience and confidence in leading, developing and coaching team members
An understanding of the work management process and principles
Experience working in fixed plant operations, maintenance or similar
A Current Western Australian ‘C’ Class Driver's Licence (Manual)
WA WHS Statutory Supervisor Certification is preferred, but not mandatory
