About the Role 

Provide Training and Assessing support, working closely with leaders and crews to enable safe, efficient and compliant delivery.  

Role Details 

• Location: Nifty Copper Project in Pilbara Region
• Roster: 8:6 FIFO EX Perth

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and executing training and assessment in accordance with Macmahon training standards and site-specific training plan;
• Identifying any out of date, inaccurate or unsuitable content in site training material and bring to the attention of the Training Supervisor; 
• Maintaining training records to ensure accuracy, currency and confidentiality;
• Support training of other site departments as required; and  
• Ensuring compliance of training forecast/schedule and allocated training requirements. 

What You’ll Bring 

• Experience is essential in operating and training on Dozers, Excavators, Graders, Trucks and Loaders
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) 
• Working knowledge of the Mines Safety Inspection Act (WA) and similar legislation in other states;
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and engagement skills;
• Senior First Aid Certificate; and
• Current Manual "C" Class WA Drivers Licence or equivalent
